Unit Standards 2780 and 2781 are compulsory in a number of national certificates and include important concepts that all computer users need to know.
Some students will arrive in your courses with some of this knowledge whilst others have none at all.
We’ve developed the computer-based interactive
Computer Basics quiz to help your students by testing their knowledge of basic computer concepts as they work through their course. The quiz has three sections covering hardware, operating a computer, and safety, security and ethics. It takes just a few minutes to work through a section and when students have finished, they can print a report that shows the questions that they have completed and their results.
The questions are randomised which means that students can complete the quiz several times and answer a different combination of questions each time. Each go through reinforces the student's knowledge.
The campus licence allows the software to be installed on multiple computers in
one campus.
