Fair business practices
Cyberkeys Ltd is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this web site follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are fixed once your order is confirmed. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to confirmed orders.
Educational institutions and book resellers: please contact us for details of bulk purchase discounts and conditions.

Delivery
We print our manuals to order and can usually dispatch orders within two working days of receipt of a confirmed order. Bulk orders from educational institutions may take longer. We guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of your order. If delivery is expected to exceed these times, we will contact you.
Customers outside New Zealand should contact us for information on delivery times and costs.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept cheques drawn on New Zealand bank accounts. Your credit card details are always secured with 40bit encryption. Funds are not debited from your credit card account until the order is shipped.

Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. An invoice or packing slip is sent with every order. Please send a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the items to be returned. If you received an item without any invoice or packing slip please phone us on (03) 383 5202 to arrange replacement. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item.

Returns
Any items that are returned simply because you do not like them, if returned within 14 days and in what Cyberkeys Ltd consider an acceptable condition, will attract a 100% refund. Under these circumstances the return must be arranged before you send it back to us. Any return items are shipped at the owners risk and Cyberkeys Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Accepted returns will be honoured by cheque that will be mailed to your delivery address.
