About Us

Cyberkeys Ltd was founded in 1996 with the goal of helping people make the full use of their computer software. Most people are only using five percent of their software features and are frustrated with their lack of knowledge, skills and efficiency. Cyberkeys Ltd’s self-paced computer training is designed to help people quickly and easily learn how to use the full range of their computer software, regardless of their location and ability to attend traditional classes. We provide effective computer training in your own home or office, in your own time.

Over two-thirds of New Zealand secondary schools use our Year 11 Information Technology resources. Our computer education resources are widely popular with teachers and tutors alike, and are used in schools, polytechnics and private training establishments across the country.

By actively seeking feedback on our training manuals and online resources, we keep our computer training continuously updated to meet the changing needs of computer users and in line with a range of qualifications, including NZQA Unit Standards, NCEA Achievement Standards, IC3, ICDL and Microsoft Office Specialist.

Our clients include Weltec, CPIT, Wintec, Whitireia Community Polytechnic, Waiariki Polytechnic, Tai Poutini Polytechnic, and a large number of secondary schools; CRFU, Health Ed Trust, Airways Corporation of New Zealand, and Datasouth Business Solutions Ltd.

Cyberkeys Ltd is based in Christchurch, New Zealand and is wholly owned by managing director Elizabeth Todd, who has a background as a trained commercial teacher and tutor at Christchurch Polytechnic. During the course of her teaching career, Elizabeth launched the “flexi” computer courses at Christchurch Polytechnic, followed by ‘ModCom’ at the Christchurch College of Education.
